                                                                   Evening is the time of day

하루가 끝나고 저녁이 되면

I find nothing much to say

나는 별로 할 말이 없어져요

Don"t know what to do

뭘 해야 할지도 모르겠구요

하지만 난 (아침이 오면) 활기를 찾죠

When it"s early in the morning

이른 아침이면 

Over by the window day is dawning

창문 너머로 새벽이 밝아와요

When I feel the air

가슴 깊이 아침 공기를 들이 마시면 

I feel that life is very good to me

산다는 게 참 좋은거구나

하는 생각을 하게 되죠

In the sun there"s so much yellow

아침 햇살 속에 세상이 노랗게 변해가면서 

Something in the early morning

이른 아침이면 뭔가가 있다는 게 느껴지고

Meadow tells me that today

저 푸른 초원을

you"re on your way

오늘 당신이 돌아올 꺼라고 

And you"ll be coming home, home to me

나에게 돌아올 것이라고 속삭이네요

Nighttime isn"t clear to me

밤이 되면 기분이 그리 좋지가 않아요

I find nothing near to me

내 옆에 아무것도 없는 것 같거든요

뭘 해야 할지도 모르겠구요

하지만 (아침이 오면) 난 활기를 찾죠

When it"s early in the morning

이른 아침이 오면 말이에요

Very, very early without warning

예고 없이 갑작스레 찾아오는 그런 아침이 오면

I can feel a newly born vibration

나는 내게서 나를 다시 몰래 찾아오는

Sneaking up on me again

그런 새로운 떨림을 느낄 수 있어요

There"s a songbird on my pillow

내 베갯맡에선 새들이 지저귀고

I can see the fun in weeping willow

이별의 슬픔 속에서조차 웃을 수 있죠

I can see the sun, you"re on your way

햇살 속에 당신이 오는 모습이 보여요

And you"ll be coming home

당신이 다시 돌아오는 거에요
